What is the add-on cost for functional labs?

Functional labs (HTMA & Functional Bloodwork) are an added cost of $500. This price includes both labs, comprehensive intake forms, a video review of each lab that explains how your unique concerns/goals correlate with the data, a protocol with personalized supplements and recommendations along with private 1:1 messaging support.

Are the LIVE calls recorded?

Yes, they are recorded in case you can't make one but attending live is encouraged!

Who is this challenge for and not for?

This challenge is for women (of ALL ages and phases of life - from preconception to perimenopause) who are wanting to step away from diet culture and reclaim their health once-and-for-all. This is NOT for women who want another "quick-fix" and aren't committed to whole-body healing.

How much time will I need to dedicate to this challenge?

You can estimate about ~1 hour per week, plus the workouts (if you choose to participate). All of the new habits that you will learn may require a bit of a time adjustment, but once you get into a rhythm, you'll be in a nice little flow!
